Chief Executive Officer
Amy, a seasoned businesswoman and consultant, boasts a diverse background across industries, from global ventures with Tony Robbins to executive positions in New Zealand's dairy, fishing, and construction sectors. As an inaugural board member of key industry networks, including the seafood sector support network trust and the food and fibre council of NZ, Amy brings invaluable expertise.
Hailing from a proud West Coast fishing family in Greymouth, Amy's work ethic was instilled from an early age. Armed with a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the University of Canterbury, Amy is dedicated to fostering talent within organizations. Notably, she spearheaded Westland Milk Products' "grow our own" initiative in 2022, contributing to a $120M profit improvement. Initiative article featured in Business South April 2023.
